Tapas Stix pushcart: R10 000

For a low cost entry to the business, this is your option. The cart is equipped with a solid plate for grilling and two Bain-maries to keep the Tapas Stix and sauces warm. It has ample storage below, big enough for four cooler boxes.

Tapas Stix Trailer (2.5 x 1.87m) : R50 000

If festivals or bigger events is what you are after, this is your option. The trailer is SABS approved and adheres to all health regulations pertaining to informal food premises. It is equipped with four solid plates for grilling and four Bain-maries (six half inserts and six sixth inserts), fridge, preparation areas, ample storage space, a hand basin and cutlery sink, a fire-extinguisher, cash register and a drop safe.
